4. Payment Terms

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
• Any deposits or prepayments are non-refundable.

10. Warranty & Liability

Good Guys Tech warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner and according to industry standards. However, we are not responsible for:

• Third-party software, tools, or services.
• Client-provided materials.
• Issues arising from improper use or unauthorized modifications of deliverables.

Good Guys Tech’s total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client.

For projects that involve third-party services (e.g., hosting, APIs, plugins), Good Guys Tech will not be responsible for downtime, errors, or issues related to third-party platforms.
